The Case Management System is ideal for public sector agencies managing entitlement programs. Case Management Software provides caseworkers with the ability to track cases or claims from receipt to disposition. Agencies who benefit most from utilizing case management software include social service departments such as social security, welfare, family services, mental health, etc. Case Management was first developed and installed in the Disability Determination offices of various states. These offices are mandated and funded by the Social Security Administration. Annually processing more than 50% of the disability claims in the United States, Case Management has been enhanced over the past 20 years and is now implemented in 30 state Disability offices. Case Management systems have subsequently been installed in other state agencies including Vocational Rehabilitation and Public Employee Retirement Administration offices (a solution that encompasses disability, vocational rehabilitation and worker's compensation). We continue to provide complete support including upgrades, modifications, and enhancements. Case Management is currently available on both a client/server platform and the IBM AS/400 midrange system. It has evolved into a multi-faceted, multi-tier application for government agencies looking for a technologically advanced approach for their information systems operation. Image integration is a recent addition to the functionality. Case Management will accommodate both small and large agencies. It is modular, allowing users a growth path to add functionality in order to achieve greater return on investment. |
